Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti is the newer sibling to the stunning Lefay Lago di Garda, and it’s every bit as impressive. While Lago di Garda exudes Mediterranean charm, Lefay Dolomiti embraces the dramatic beauty of the Italian Alps. The architecture is a masterpiece, blending seamlessly into the mountainous landscape with its use of natural materials and clean lines. I had the pleasure of visiting during the summer months, which was absolutely magical. However, Lefay Dolomiti is a true year-round destination.
Whether you're dreaming of summer hikes and mountain biking or winter skiing and snowboarding, this resort has it all. And, of course, the huge spa means that no matter the season, you can always indulge in some serious relaxation and pampering. Read on to find out more about my experience...

What are the rooms like at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti?
Because Lefay Dolomiti is so recently built, every single room and suite is absolutely stunning. I was genuinely impressed by the entry-level room category – at 57 square meters, it's incredibly spacious! And then, as I explored the other categories, I was even more wowed. Lefay has perfectly captured the balance between modern technology and unpretentious charm. Everything feels luxurious yet comfortable, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. And speaking of impressive… the Penthouse is pretty epic. If you're looking for the ultimate in luxury, this is it. Imagine a large terrace with a whirlpool overlooking the majestic mountains – that's just the beginning. The Penthouse also boasts an elegant and bright living area, with a large living room and an open kitchen with an island, plus three bedrooms and a sauna. It’s the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends.

Lefay Dolomiti offers a culinary journey that celebrates the flavours of the region while embracing innovative techniques. 1 Dining here is an experience in itself, with two main restaurants to choose from. Lefay Dolomiti is a true year-round destination, offering a wealth of activities for every season.
Summer
During the summer months, the Dolomites come alive with vibrant colours and endless possibilities for outdoor adventures. I had the pleasure of going on an incredible hike with a local guide, which was a truly unforgettable experience. The concierge at Lefay can arrange everything for you, from recommending the perfect trail to booking a knowledgeable guide. They even recommended an amazing restaurant at the top of the mountain, Malga Ritorto, which was the perfect place to refuel after a long hike. Beyond hiking, Lefay Dolomiti also offers opportunities for mountain biking and golf, allowing you to explore the stunning scenery at your own pace.
Winter
When winter arrives, the Dolomites transform into a snowy wonderland, offering a different kind of magic. The area is a haven for skiers and snowboarders, with 150 km of slopes, four snowboard parks, and a single ski pass valid for the entire ski area – the biggest in Trentino. This region is renowned for hosting prestigious sporting competitions, including the Alpine Ski World Cup. Lefay Dolomiti makes it easy to access all this winter fun. The Resort is equipped with a Ski Room and an internal ski shop where guests can hire equipment or buy snow accessories and ski passes.
